All artwork is the sole property of Michelle A. Lovie and remains under copyright—even after purchase. No image, artwork, or content from this website may be copied, reproduced, or used for personal or commercial purposes without written permission.

Return Policy
I want you to truly love your piece when you see it in person. While I do my best to accurately represent colors, they may appear slightly different on various screens. I recommend viewing the artwork on multiple devices before making a purchase. If you’re not happy with the piece I will refund minus the shipping cost and you will need to ship piece back without damage.

Shipping
Original artwork typically ships within 1–2 weeks of purchase. If your piece is damaged during transit, please reach out—we’ll discuss a refund or replacement. Once your order is marked “delivered,” it is out of my control. If you’d like to add signature confirmation upon delivery, please contact me before shipping. A small additional fee will apply.

Ownership & Reproduction Rights
I retain all rights to the artwork I create, including commissions. This means I may reproduce any artwork, even after it is sold. You, as the collector, may not reproduce the artwork in any form without my written consent. If you're interested in purchasing reproduction rights, feel free to reach out.
